About the Role:

In this Warehouse Specialist position, you will perform all daily warehousing functions, including receiving, replenishing, picking, packing, and shipping products. All functions are performed under the direction of the DC Manager in a safe, efficient, timely, and quality-conscious manner. This position is also responsible for performing housekeeping, inventory counts, and other operational support functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately receive inbound stock and ensure put-away completion to consistently maintain service level requirements.
  • Meet or exceed customer expectations by accurately completing cycle counts in adherence to documented procedures.
  • Share findings with the distribution center Manager for root cause analysis.
  • Quickly transition between tasks without explicit direction.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and good attendance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to effectively interact with peers and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research data to find resolutions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of experience, with 1-2 years directly related to the job. College hours or a degree may substitute for some experience as deemed appropriate.
