Responsible for supervising and overseeing all related work in the Cooler Warehouse on assigned shift.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Lead and direct the work activities of shift employees, ensuring performance and safety standards are consistently met.

* Tour cooler floor on assigned shift to identify products for location, rotation, quality, code, and quantity. Manage the floor and maintain knowledge of any product that is not in stock.

* Receive information from off-going Warehouse Supervisor and provide information to oncoming supervisor. Communicate daily with Plant Management team the status of the cooler balances and efficiencies.

* Coordinate with Driver Supervisors and Plant Supervisors to achieve most efficient load out per timeline.

* Foster an open door policy for all employees to maintain open path of communication between direct reports and management staff.

* Must follow all SOP procedures and complete required documentation/checklists. Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve products, services, or processes.

* Responsible for maintaining production schedule, meeting order expectations and monitoring variances.

* Responsible for following up on the training and development of personnel

* Assist in scheduling and plan for staffing changes as needed.

* Maintain area cleanliness, reports leaking or out of spec product and participate in waste reduction efforts.

* Follow all Safety requirements to include, Housekeeping, Lock Out/Tag Out, PPE and engage in facility safety efforts.

* Ensure compliance with all OSHA, NYSDA, PMO, FDA, and assist in maintaining SQF readiness, and HACCP.

* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

**Education and Experience:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Supervisory Experience required

* Warehouse Experience preferred

* Ability to adapt, problem solve and work with limited supervision.

* Ability to maintain consistency within department and set clear expectations.

* Perform all job duties in a safe and compliant manner.

* Operate in varied temperature ranges; work in a cold environment of 32 to 39 degrees.
