We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to promote professional growth and team effectiveness.
• Schedule shifts and manage workforce allocation to meet operational demands.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper handling of materials.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Operational Efficiency:

• Implement and optimize warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Conduct safety training and regular inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend improvements to management.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience (3 years) in warehouse supervision or management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
