Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!Shift: Full Time, 3rd shift (Nights, 7pm start)Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education ReimbursementSalary: $68,565-85,706 plus annual target bonusIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:The Warehouse Supervisor, in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensures the receipt, coordination, and safety of goods coming through the warehouseAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that orders arrive and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantitiesYou will staff, schedule, train, evaluate, and develop warehouse team membersYou will oversee warehouse productivity by ensuring that customer schedules are met and operational efficiency is maximizedYou will allocate necessary space for stock rotation, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and implement product loss controlsOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience:Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experiencePreferred Education and Experience:Bachelor's DegreeEqual Opportunity Employee & Physical DemandsReyes Holdings and its businesses are equal opportunity employers.
