The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for driving change using TMS principles as it pertains to material production flow while supervising all Shipping and Receiving personnel, all Material Handlers, and all Subcage personnel. The individual would coordinate the warehouse runs, plan material moves that do not involve outside carrier moves. Participate and lead lean events related to material movement and assist in establishing metrics and accountability.

CRITICAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Office environment – includes, but not limited to, artificial lighting, computers, telephones, desks, temperature controlled. Manufacturing environment – includes, but not limited to, artificial lighting, machine/equipment noise, some welding exhaust, non-controlled temperatures, and PPE required. Some travel which could include an overnight stay.
