Warehouse Supervisor - Verstela : Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate and oversee the efficient movement of inbound and outbound shipments at a leading manufacturing facility in Burlington. • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely shipping and receiving.
• Perform logistics activities, including shipping, receiving (piece parts and repairs), packing, and inventory management.
• Maintain departmental records to ensure compliance with manufacturing ISO standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
• Provide staff assistance to the Warehouse Manager and oversee stock availability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to management.
• Develop and maintain logistics process documentation for efficiency and compliance.
• Liaise with internal departments to manage stock levels of finished goods.
• Create and provide international shipping documentation as needed.

Warehouse Supervisor Schedule:

• Full-time Day Shift, Pitman Schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off)

Warehouse Supervisor Pay:

• $30 - $35 per hour
• Overtime available

Warehouse Supervisor Requirements:

• One year of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Two years of warehouse experience (or a combination of relevant education and experience).
• Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
• Proficient keyboarding skills and ability to use logistics systems.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with warehouse workers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management.
