Partner Success Specialist (What you'll do)

• Assist with setup and maintenance of customer information, request and requirements within company databases.

• Assist with maintenance of item master records within all internal and external company databases.

• Work within system to execute all planned mapping an integrations.

• Work closely with customers and internal sales team to manage their concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Implement and maintain internal and external process specific to vendor/training partner.

• Communicate effectively with Warehouse team to ensure standard operating procedures are maintained and followed.

• Support the inside sales department by carrying out administrative task such as data, input, processing information, completing paperwork, filling documents. etc.

• Monitor daily inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure timely flow of orders and related data.

• Answering phones, giving insurance quotes, updating clients information and coding renewals.

Partner Success Specialist - Work Schedule

• Monday - Thursday 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

• Friday - 08:30 AM - 03:00 PM

  Computer Support Assistant Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Selling insurance experience preferred

• GED / High School Diploma

• Able to work in the US

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Spread Sheets, and Data Entry
