If you are motivated by opportunities to reach the next level and driven to grow your career through performance excellence, consider joining us as a Warehouse Team Lead in Byhalia, Mississippi.YOUR ROLEYou will have general responsibility for coordinating and supervising daily logistics activities to ensure the full and efficient operation of your assigned area. You will work Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $20.00 per hour. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to manage the outbound department, fulfillment process, and team members to ensure all KPI's and targets are achieved
• Ensure current, accurate inventory control and that customer orders are picked and shippedaccording to the customer ship date
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Make recommendations to improve operations and processes
• Operate material handling equipment
• Lead a team of Warehouse Associates
• Foster a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel included, valued, and safe
• Help develop processes to ensure the efficient operation and use of all warehouse equipment
• Implement processes to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
• Oversee the warehouse housekeeping program
• Follow health and safety policies that follow company and OSHA regulations
• Be available to work overtime and weekends

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Forklift operating experience with reach truck or EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack)
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
• Basic technical and math skills
