Warehouse Team Lead Mill Operator Job RequirementsSupervise a small operations teamMake low-impact purchases of equipment, etc.Communicate with the C.O.O. & others in the officeInteract with retail seed customers in a professional mannerDevelop a daily plan with the C.O.O., then execute itEffectively Delegate TasksMeet Operational goalsAdapt as needed to unforeseen circumstancesTroubleshoot problemsDay to Day Operation of Commercial Grain facilityOperate seed cleaning equipment as neededMaintain consistent quality of grain productsClean and Load / Unload grain trailersCoordinate shipping and receiving of grain productsMaintain accurate records of inbound and outbound loadsSubmit paperwork for personnel records as needed Minimum QualificationsCollege, High school or equivalentAgriculture experience or machinery operationsMechanic and metal fabrication experience preferredVehicle service and maintenance skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsMust be able to lift 75 lbs., sit, stand, bend at the knee and waist for long periods of timeMust be willing to work irregular schedules during peak periods Work EnvironmentProcessing Plant environment. Frequently required to enter areas that have cold and wet conditions, high dust levels, moderate to extreme levels of noise, and heights in excess of 50 feet.
