  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Performs variety of duties to include inventory tracking, purchasing and receiving. Performs cleaning and maintenance of all medical equipment and supplies. Deliver, set up and pickup DME equipment. Cleaning and maintenance for all KeyCare facilities.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
    • Licenses and Certifications Required
      • Current ND or other state driver's license, preferred.
    • Educational Requirements
      • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
    • Experience Requirements
      • Minimum of one year previous experience installing, servicing and maintaining medical supplies and equipment, preferred.
      • Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval, preferred
      • One-year inventory control experience, preferred.
    • Special Skills or Training Requirements
      • The ability to work in small-defined space for periods of up to eight hours at a time.
      • The ability to enter alphanumeric data into a computerized system at a minimum of 50 characters per minute.
      • The ability to access, input, and retrieves information from the computer system.
      • The ability to operate a Trinity Health delivery vehicle to run company errands or travel to home care customers to deliver medical supplies and equipment, a distance of up to 75 miles.
      • The ability to load and unload medical supplies and equipment to and from designated locations.
      • The ability to handle potentially hazardous medical supplies in a safe manner, adhering to all established procedures and regulations.
      • The ability to handle potentially hazardous cleaning agents and substances in a safe manner, adhering to all established procedures and regulations.
      • The ability to work in locations of varying size, height, and structure to install, service and maintain medical equipment, usually at customers homes and warehouse facility.
      • The ability to climb and balance, using stairs and ladders, to install, service and maintain medical equipment at customers' homes and warehouse facility.
      • The ability to work a variety of shifts, based on company needs.
      • This position requires strong communication skills.
      • One-way communication - must accurately record customer information, orders, messages, and other related date, via telephone, written, and face-to-face communication.
      • Two-way communication - must communicate with clinic staff and customers in a clear, concise, friendly, and professional manner to provide and gather necessary information via telephone, written, and face-to-face communication.
