Warehouse Worker | 1st Shift - Metals USA : Job Details

Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Locates products that have been completed in a first step process
• Order filling
• Packages product
• Scales and tags product
• Uses plant specific packaging equipment which includes conveyors, stackers, down enders and banders to move product
• Transports items to the warehouse for future shipment
• Requires operation of an overhead crane and forklift to move product
• Can identify defects and package the designated items
• May perform other duties as related or assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to read measuring tapes and calipers
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Must have forklift and overhead crane experience
• Experience working with heavy equipment preferred
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
