They need employees that can multitask. There will be times when employees are unloading or loading a truck and they will have several will call orders that come in. When that happens it's important to put what they are doing on hold and take care of the will call customers
When it comes to PPE. Cartwright will provide everything needed with the exception of safety shoes. Employees will need to provide their own safety shoes.
The employee entrance is located on the North end of the building, and they can park on the north or the south side of the building. They will not receive a badge until once they are hired. So they will need to walk in with someone else or call the supervisor when they get there to let them in.
For everyone we send we need to send Jose the contact information for the employee. Name, Email, Phone number so the supervisor can reach out to them.
One of the tasks employees will be doing will be lifting 65 and 125 lbs. rolls of floor padding. It's important that employees understand how to lift it properly because the rolls are long, and heavy. If done correctly it will not be an issue.
It's important that employees are very attentive to details as they will be pulling orders, and they need to grab the correct part with the correct skew number. It's not good when the wrong part shows up at the job site and they don't have what they need to do the job, so they have to send it back.
When grabbing metal slats if it's not wrapped it's important that the employee check each individual part number just in case something didn't get put back in the wrong bin.
