Job Description :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operate powered industrial truck or hydraulic pallet jack following all safety practices
  • Transport finished goods to stretch wrap machine and operate machine to wrap pallets and transport product to designed warehouse location or to staging area for Big Joe Operator
  • Utilize the plastic wrap machine to wrap pallets, change plastic film as needed
  • Load finished goods from dock staging are to semi-truck
  • Pick orders and pull stock from bins according to pick list utilizing PC and/or scanners to locate and track product
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining picklist and all product related paperwork
  • Maintain the storage areas in an organized and safe manner this may require the repositioning of items when moving materials in and out of the area
  • Ensure jack stand or wheel chocks are in place on all semi-trucks before entering to unload materials
  • Change equipment batteries for charging in accordance with company safety and battery processes including utilizing the batter extractor.
  • Maintain area including aisles-ways in a clean and safe manor
  • Communicate any product or stock issues to supervision
  • Responsible for the accuracy of stock placement, product item and count in accordance with orders and/or warehouse requirements
  • Complete daily safety checklist on equipment prior to use
  • Other duties as assigned.
