Job Description Responsible for assembling cabinets in a Safe and orderly manner while following the Quality Standards set by the company. Assembly worker is responsible for following written, verbal instructions given to them by a Team Lead, and or Supervisor. An Assembly worker will be required to perform general labor tasks which require the use of pneumatic tools as well as bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting repeatedly. Assembly workers will be required to train in multiple positions and will be required to comply with the rotation schedule set by the leadership team. Responsibilities:
  • Cover ALL Positions on the line as needed due to Absenteeism.
  • Cross-train and meet CYCLE TIME in multiple areas.
  • Assist with new Hires training per SOS's.
  • Assist in Daily Process and Quality Audits
  • Assist in Setting and driving the line pace to push team to meeting 85% or higher
  • Other jobs as assigned to you by lead or supervisor
  • QualificationsRequirements
    • Able to Communicate clear directions to team members
    • Adhere to MBC processes and procedures, Safety and Quality Standards
    • Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees
    • No corrective discipline on file for the last year
    • Must currently know 8-10 PAT Line positions.
    • Learn All PAT line positions by deadline set by Supervisor
    • Learn Picking by deadline set by Supervisor
    • Learn Ship Scanning by deadline set by Supervisor
    • Schedule flexibility to support projects and training as needed.
    • Follow instructions given by Team Leads/Supervisors.
    Physical Requirements:
  • Stand/ walk for a minimum of 10 hours
  • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50Ib
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled area
  • Schedule:
    • Monday- Thursday
    • 1st shift: 6 am-4:30 pm
    • 2nd shift: 5 pm- 3:30 am
    • Over time, as needed.
