• Receive, store, and organize event materials and equipment.
• Load and unload trucks with event supplies, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Inspect inventory for damages, report discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in stock levels.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events by preparing and organizing supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event operations.

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
