Warehouse Worker - Tekberry : Job Details

TEKBERRY OFFERS A $100 payment FOR REFERRALS! Title: Assembler Pay Rate: $23.50 Benefits include health, dental, and vision (eligible on the 1st of the month following your start date). Employment Type: Contract, 4-months. Duration: July 2024 - November/December 2024 Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day. 3rd Shift - 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Location: Fort Worth/Keller, TX - 76244 Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Warehouse Worker - Assembler to work on-site with our client, a top-tier technology company. As a W2 employee, you will have access to health benefits. The job is assembling a wide variety of established and custom products. Responsibilities:

• Follow the product MPI to assemble various small parts into sub or final assemblies either by hand or by use of equipment and small hand tools
• Build assemblies with limited written instructions (e.g. diagrams, silk screen prints, only a BOM)
• Performing conformity tests on products
• Multi-task assemblies, i.e. processing differing product designs in parallel
• Work with ambiguous acceptance criteria and make decisions with limited guidance
• Contribute to the 5S departmental goals by maintaining the cleanliness of the production area
• Occasional lifting of boxes not heavier than 25 pounds

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or Work Experience Equivalent.
• Basic Math Skills
• 0 - 3 months experience in a manufacturing environment
• No vision defects or depth perception problems
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Work requirements are demanding, small objects handled, intermittent and sequenced with less tiring work.
• Team Environment
• Minimal noise, dust - not a nuisance
