We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our cold storage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing products within a temperature-controlled environment while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Inspection: Unload deliveries, inspect products for quality and accuracy, and record any discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Organize and label products in the cold storage area, maintaining proper rotation and inventory levels.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Temperature Monitoring: Regularly monitor temperature levels and report any discrepancies to management.
• Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, while following all safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is a plus.
