Warehouse Worker - eCommerce Business Prime : Job Details

We are seeking a self-starter to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a passion for organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner.• Returns Processing (RMA): Handle returns efficiently, ensuring items are processed and accounted for properly.• Product Preparation: Clean and recondition boxes for resale to maintain quality standards.• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, performing regular cleaning and upkeep tasks.• Leadership and Initiative: Take charge when needed, lead by example, and go above and beyond expectations to drive success.• Problem-Solving: Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processes.• Additional Duties: Support all other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to lift and carry items (up to 50 lbs).• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.• A positive attitude and a willingness to step into a leadership role when needed.• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must have computer knowledge on how to use ERP systems.
