Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including shipping and receiving duties, stocking shelves, sorting packages, and organizing items. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties

• Stock shelves and organize items

• Sort packages and ensure accurate inventory

• Scan, label, and mark items using an RF scanner

• Utilize manual pallet jacks for material handling

• Pick and pack orders efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with narrow aisles where forklifts and hand carts are frequently navigating. The warehouse has varying temperature conditions, being heated in the winter and very hot in the summer. It is important to dress accordingly in light, breathable layers. Sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes are acceptable, while open-toe shoes, sandals, flats, and heels are prohibited. No cellphones or electronics are permitted in the warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
