The Freight Utility is responsible for providing clerical functions throughout the logistics department. This position will maintain in/outbound shipment information and coordinate freight line and customer pickups. JOB DUTIES Process production orders for truck shipments to comply with specified shipping lead time. Process LTL, truckload & expedite shipments (Inbound and outbound) using Acumatica and TMS Calculate and add customer freight charges (and carrier costs) to orders in TMS and Acumatica. Provide LTL freight quotes to customers and sales departments in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and develop solutions with challenging delivery locations and time sensitivity. Assist with carrier freight bill audit. Provide freight claim processing as needed. Provide Support on parcel quotes and carrier invoice audit. Enter international orders online as needed.
