*Please note that this job opportunity is only available out of our Boonville, Missouri warehouse and the successful candidate would be required to reside in Central Missouri.*

* Competitive Compensation-- Starting wage of $17.50/hour

* $750 Sign-on bonus for candidates starting on or after 3/2/2022, upon successful completion of the 2022 4th of July season

**What We Are Looking For**

Self-motivated Temporary Warehouse Workers with a strong work ethic who can assist warehouse personnel with the product receiving and distribution operations at our Boonville warehouse.

**Qualifications**

* Previous warehouse experience valued

* Previous forklift or rider pallet jack experience valued

* At least 18 years of age

* Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

* Ability to grasp new concepts by working in collaboration with warehouse personnel

* Must be *adaptable* and willing to learn and work *effectively* as part of a team

* Spirit of 76 will require all new employees hired on or after August 1, 2021, to vaccinate for COVID-19, unless there is an accommodation made for disability or religious based-reasons.

**This is a physically demanding position:**

* Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds

* Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions

* Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours

* The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials

***This position is available from the date of hire through Spirits 4th of July shipping season, ending on July 4th, 2022. Hours may vary week to week depending on Spirits needs.**
