About the position:
As a Warranty Specialist, you will:
* Work with Solutions and Support Centers and internal departments by providing information and through coordinating and processing warranty claims.
* Perform clerical duties as well as provide support for special administrative projects related to warranty.
* Develop rapport with Solutions and Support Centers and internal customers to enhance service provided.
Respond to routine written inquiries that are associated with warranty claims.
* Interface with internal customers and Solutions and Support Centers in situations that often require high degrees of tact.
* Maintain database and/or records, files, correspondence, etc., with appropriate supporting material. Updates information as necessary.
* Develops project specifications.
* Reviews reports and data. Provides analysis, summaries, and resulting action plans.
* Performs related work as assigned.
* Must live within driving distance of Greene, NY
It would be great if you had:
* 1 year of related experience
* Bachelors Degree
* Experience with SAP
* Experience with Microsoft Office products
About the total compensation package:
Salary - Salaries starting at $60,402 - $72,301 per year depending on experience
