Warranty Specialist - Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning : Job Details

Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning ( is seeking a detail-orientated Warranty Specialist. This position may be based in Rochester or any Isaac branch and will report directly to the Purchasing Supervisor. The Warranty Specialist will be responsible for the processing and tracking of manufacturer warranty claims. They will be in direct contact with technicians, branch employees, and vendors for this purpose.

This job would be ideal for someone with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ideally looking for a full time office role, working within a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Monitor incoming warranty claim forms, audit these forms to ensure all information needed for claim is present.

+ Process manufacturer material and/or labor claims through proper vendor.

+ Create returns within ServiceTitan system to facilitate warranty claim submittal.

+ Track pending credit of warranty claims processed, ensuring that any credit due is received timely.

+ Maintain warranty tracking for all branches of Isaac Heating, coordinating with warehouse coordinators and technicians in each location.

+ Communicate directly with technicians as part of the PO Queue team, assisting needs for purchase orders in the field.

+ Maintain multiple queues in ServiceTitan system for the warranty claim process.

+ Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Minimum of 1-2 years of warranty or related purchasing experience

+ Minimum of 1 year of HVAC experience preferred

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education, which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
