Job Description :
Essential Functions:
  • Assemble/disassemble filling & dosing systems under direction of technicians and/or set up sheets
  • Clean & sanitize filling & dosing systems according to SOP's
  • Fill out setup sheets as required
  • Complete all documentation including machine logs, QA & production forms
  • Assists in trouble shooting filling & dosing systems
  • Inspects finished work for accuracy & functionality
  • Re-supply & fill bulk as required to maintain production
  • Interacts withTechnicians
  • Assist technicians setting fill weights
  • Notify Maintenance of any needed repairs
  • Clean various equipment & maintain a clean work environment
  • Observe all SOP , GMP & safety guidelines
  • Assist Technicians on putting up and taking down plumbing as needed on production lines
