Summary As a Project Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of water and wastewater construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the project site, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Job Responsibilities - Supervise all construction activities at the project site, including coordinating subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet project goals - Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that work meets or exceeds industry standards and project requirements - Maintain open and clear communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues promptly - Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among all site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors - Keep accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and change orders - Manage labor and equipment resources effectively, optimizing productivity and minimizing downtime Job Requirements Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred - 10+ years of construction and/or craft supervision experience - Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA) - Strong knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure systems, construction methods, and industry best practices - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
