• Certification in water fitness instruction or related field required.
• At least one year of group exercise experience preferred.
• Must possess the ability to demonstrate and instruct proper fitness techniques.
• Passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a diverse community setting.
• Must obtain YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire.
• Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays.
