About the Role:
Join Paul Davis, where we turn chaos into calm! As a Water Mitigation Helper, you'll team up with our Mitigation Technicians to tackle water, fire, wind, and mold damage. From drying out a soggy basement to rescuing businesses from disaster, you'll be essential in making things right. Your role focuses on hands-on support, exceptional customer service, and ensuring our clients feel valued throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Gear Up for Action: Travel to job sites with technicians to assist in cleanup and restoration.
Tackle the Elements: Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
Be the Eyes and Ears: Follow instructions, document and report details, and handle equipment with care.
Mitigate Water: Remove standing water and set up drying equipment.
Materials Master: Dispose of non-salvageable materials and aid in property restoration.
Customer Care Champion: Deliver outstanding service and ensure a positive experience.
Learn and Grow: Embrace new techniques and knowledge.
Team Player Extraordinaire: Support warehousing tasks and take on leadership roles when needed.
Flexibility: Adapt to various duties—each day brings new challenges!
Desired Experience:
Previous Experience: Background in construction or restoration is a plus.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of water damage and cleaning practices.
Safety First: Understanding of safety protocols in hazardous conditions.
Customer Interaction: Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
Technical Savvy: Comfort with company software for documentation and reporting.
Hands-On: Experience with water extraction and equipment setup is advantageous.
