Water Resource Manager - Village of Ruidoso New Mexico : Job Details

The Manager will establish and implement short and long-range objectives for the Water Resource Division, oversee related functions and activities, and administer company policies and procedures. This position is directly supervised by the Water Resource Director in the Water Resource Department. Duties and Responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities:May hire and train new staff or assist management with this process. Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff in the department. Conducts or assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Assists the Director with employment actions, including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
