Job Title: Water Resources Engineer

Location (3 options): Atlanta, GA - Jacksonville, FL - Cocoa, FL (Hybrid schedule for all)

PR: $55/hour

Travel: 15% of yearly time in the field (Southeast region of U.S)

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental/civil engineering (or a related field)
  • 10-15+ years of experience and a strong foundation in stormwater design and watershed management.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) certification in Georgia or Florida
  • Background in stormwater design, stream restoration, dam restoration and/or watershed management. (Wastewater experience is NAF)
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
  • Experience with client presentations, preferably with municipal or public sector clients

Plusses:

  • Business Development experience such as proposal writing

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry leaders on diverse assignments, including stormwater management and design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, green infrastructure, low impact development, water quantity and water quality analysis, dam assessments and rehabilitation, resiliency solutions, and watershed and coastal management projects. Compensation:

Hourly Rate Range Starting @: $55/hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
