Water Spider- (Cabinet Assembly Support) - 7am to 7:30pm - Leedo : Job Details

The Water Spider is responsible for staging parts to the Building Department via the Delivery detail. Will support multiple tasks within various departments to support hour-by-hour production schedule. Will be cross-trained in multiple areas as this role will also be a back-up to support daily absenteeism.

Essential Functions and Duties:

* Responsible for Stagging parts from the designated machines in the proper sequence by delivery detail.

* Ensuring the BDVD Operators/Off-loaders do not have to stop to move material.

* Responsible for clearing the line after the machines and delivering the products to Building in the correct sequence.

* Responsible for completion of daily scheduled work within the scheduled hours.

* Responsible for following all work center processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Must be able to physically perform daily tasks.

* Must be able to distinguish between different laminate paper colors.

* Must be able to perform basic math skills and the ability to read a measuring tape and caliper in metric dimensions.

* Must have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing hourly goals and daily duties.

* Must have a basic ability for reading and writing in English.

Education and Experience:

* Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Will take work experience in lieu of Education.

Physical Requirements and/or Working Conditions:

* Factory environment, possibly including heavy lifting, and areas where eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators are required.
