Water / Wastewater Internship - Hazen and Sawyer : Job Details

You will be supported by multiple mentors on projects and local office leadership.Role:Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an intern for a variety of water-related assignments. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of water, wastewater, reuse, and infrastructure projects, which can include treatment, distribution, and collection systems. Responsibilities include working on a project team from initial studies and conceptual design through construction of treatment facilities. Field work and site visits from design through construction may be required. We are accepting applications for summer internships until January 31, 2025. Summer internships are anticipated to begin in May 2025 and extend through August 2025. Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in all computer software typically used (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Candidate must have strong organizational skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Pursuing Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in environmental, civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering, architecture
  • Pursuing Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in landscape architecture
  • Pursuing Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
