Water/Wastewater Project ManagerLocation:Clifton Park, NYJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Clifton Park, NY. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of water and wastewater projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and wastewater project management.
  • Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes, design standards, and regulatory requirements.
