Operate bagger equipment efficiently according to SOP's. Monitor whey powder and packaged product quality. Conduct hourly scale checks and metal detector checks. Reconcile bag/pallet weights Complete daily checklists. Enter data into MES. Complete paperwork accurately. Communicate effectively. Maintain a clean work area according to GMP practices. Perform all duties in a safe manner complying with all applicable safety policies. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Must be a minimum of 18 years old. Ability to pass a physical abilities test to assess ability to bend, reach, lift, pull, and climb stairs/ladders as required for the position. Must be able to work Sunday - Saturday, off-shifts, weekends, holidays, and required overtime to support a 24 hour/7-day operation. Preferred skills: Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred. Background or aptitude towards maintenance or mechanical functions.
