Wave Solder Machine Operator - Intervala, LLC : Job Details

Job Summary & Essential Functions: Perform various assembly operations as assigned by the production supervisor.

• Operate a variety of equipment, including wave solder, ERSA and conformal coating, as needed to fulfill customer requirements
• Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware/tools
• Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class
• Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions
• Perform work with minimal supervision and instruction
• Rework and/or repair assemblies as required

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to use tools and testing devices
• Strong math computational and measurement skills
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
• Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
• Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts
• Ability to problem solve issues involving multiple variables and limited standardization

Required Experience & Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of relevant job experience
