• Provides exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the Casino Resort We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards
• Smile and Greet
• Name and Meet
• Thank you and Goodbye
• Responsible for keeping all lobbies and public facilities (restrooms, telephone/computer area, front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition to the standards required.
• Promotes a positive image of the property to guests. Must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and be able to assist guests with requests and problems.
• Report any damaged or missing items to the housekeeping manager.
• Maintain equipment and work areas, including key security.
• Ability to deliver high levels of service with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, lift, and/or reach for most of the day.
• Ability to work in moderately noisy work environments for long periods and communicate effectively in this environment.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 100 pounds.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year of housekeeping experience
