Term: W2 Salary + Commissions. Around a 175k base + very significant upside---Ideal candidate would be someone who is not comfortable/accepting at the 175k ish level.
Location: Onsite in office on occasion/as needed + local event/client meetings, etc for related sales events.
Role: Advisory Level Financial Sales—Wealth Management—Transitional careers are more then welcome—in fact, encouraged to apply

This group seeks candidates who are strong revenue producers in fields where the sale is significant and ideally the targets are wealthy people, organization, businesses or C level decision makers.
The client is open to those with strong related advisory/relationship level sales skills who are open/willing to transition careers/business models to a financial advisory role that can be extraordinarily lucrative
People with proven track records in the below listed areas would be good fits—Please note that this is only a sample and is not meant to be exhaustive.
The group will offer its advisors tremendous support, to include but not limited to a great product stack, relevant supports terms, a direct assistant and junior level associate to aid in your success.
Training will be several weeks long and you will be paid your full salary while undergoing it.
Qualifications:
Is a college graduate, and may have an MBA, but an advanced degree is not required.
· At a stage in their career where they are highly motivated to succeed professionally and financially. Wanting to go to the next level in their careers/business
· Thrives on meeting new people.
· Is an energetic and entrepreneurial business builder, who thrives and excels in a competitive marketplace. Wants to succeed.
· Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain relationships with third-party referral sources such as attorneys, accountants, business advisors and others.
· Is a careful listener and empathetic with clients.
Demonstrates great consultative sales experience---Open as to where and how.
