We produce millions of life-changing books, and we are looking for self-managed, self-motivated, creators who want to be a part of this accelerating business.Night Shift PositionMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday6:00pm - 6:00amPosition Responsibilities:

• Operate web press to routinely meet or exceed scheduled volume
• Operate the press to consistently produce the highest quality printed product
• Keep waste and spoilage within acceptable levels
• Communicate as necessary to facilitate the goals of the team
• Manage time and duties according to departmental procedures
• Lead the assigned helpers in meeting acceptable levels of quality and productivity
• Follow safety procedures and practices
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA requirements for your work area

Environmental Conditions:

• Exposed to noise that requires use of hearing protection.
• Exposed to potential mechanical hazards, which require proper safety procedures.
• Exposed to volatile organic compounds and other chemicals used in the printing process, which require use of personal protective equipment.
