Objective:The Project Administrator is responsible for on-site administrative tasks to support the project team. Regular Job Duties:
Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries and create spreadsheetsDistribute and receive bi-weekly overnight packages from the regional officeOrder safety supplies and office suppliesAssist with new hire processing at the job siteAnswer job trailer phone, route phone calls, answer general inquiries, take messages, and contact others as requestedEnter production figures into the databaseAssist with additional administrative tasksMaintain common work areas including meeting rooms and break roomsMaintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWrite reports, business correspondence, and project documentsSpeak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsOther unlisted duties will be assignedQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or trainingBe able to communicate in English via verbal and written communicationsModerate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS OutlookAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsValid driver license for occasional, required travelAbility to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsModerate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.
