Weekdays OVERNIGHT House Supervision - Seeds of Faith : Job Details

Lydia's House of Hope is looking for overnight residential staff WEEKDAY EVENINGS from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

You would monitor and be available to our residents (women and children) if needed and allowed to sleep overnight

Duties include but not limited to:

Oversee house activity and interact with residents and their children

Monitoring, engaging and redirecting residents and activities as needed

Monitoring/reporting on curfews for residents

Enlisting proper safety and security measures as instructed

Maintain log of daily events/occurrences/concerns

Requirements:

Responsible adult FEMALE with the confidence and initiative to manage and redirect residents as needed

Previous experience working at a residency program

A motivated individual with the ability to handle conflict calmly, directly, and efficiently

Must be organized, and confident, with strong leadership skills

Criminal Background/sex offender check/drug testing. Must pass

Able to handle emergencies in an appropriate, safe and organized manner

Able to maintain professional boundaries in an intimate setting

Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma and secondary school or adult learning preferred

Must have valid NH Driver's License and a good driving record

Must have 2 working references
