Weekend Manager Job Duties:- Every weekend, directly manages all staff on duty
- Every weekend, handles resident/family needs
- Work Schedule is Thursday - Monday 9 am - 6 pm
- Admits residents by completing admission and financial responsibility forms
- Maintain resident files ensuring that all documents required by the state are in place for surveys
- Responsible for completing and maintaining emergency packets for all residents
- Will perform a move-in and move-out inspection, checking to ensure the apartment is move-in ready
Qualifications for Weekend Manager:- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Must have a strong desire to serve Seniors
- Strong Administrative Skills
