SHIFT: Weekend Receptionist Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pmHourly Rate: $15.50/hrBENEFITS:

JOB DESCRIPTION:Greets visitors, family members and residents upon entry to the facility. Helps direct visitors where to go. Answers phone calls. Availability for potential weekday and holiday shifts.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greeting residents, family members, and vendors as they enter the facility
  • Building a rapport with visitors and residents
  • Answering the facility phone and directing calls appropriately
  • Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be at least 18 years older
  • Must have a positive attitude, adaptable, energetic, outgoing, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekday shifts (coverage for the full time receptionist)
  • Must be flexible, punctual, professional, and reliable
  • Strong customer service skills and compassion
