Position: Weekend SchedulerStatus: Part-time. Paid 20 hours per week. In the event more than 20 hours of work is required, additional hours will be paid. This position will require a 3-4 hours per weekend in office. Training will be conducted Monday through Friday.Schedule: Friday from 5:00pm to Monday at 8:00amCompensation: $17.00 per hourResponsibilities of the position are as follows:
- Customer Service/ Communication
- Answering phone calls to assist with call-offs, coverage, incident reports, etc. Follow up communication (re phone calls or text messages) is required.
- Manage and document daily attendance, vacation requests, and other schedule changes. Proactively contact employees daily to fill open shifts and cases, effectively communicating client needs before acceptance. Document as required.
- Send daily text and email alerts to employees regarding open schedules.
- Documentation
- Complete all required documentation in regards to changes in software, spreadsheets, etc. Detail is required.
- Assist employees as necessary with documentation to be completed accurately and timely.
- Recruiting
- Conduct phone interviews, contact references and extend job offers.
- Other Duties
- Administrative tasks including filing, opening mail, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associates degree or bachelors degree in a related field preferred. Highschool diploma or GED required.
- Two to three years of previous experience in customer service or in the home health care field. Proficient with Microsoft Office, and other Office Applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to relate to internal and external customers and clients, alike, at all levels.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, able to multi-task and stay cool under pressure.
- High level of independent problem solving.
- Previous experience working with a vulnerable population or customers preferred.
