Join our Team as a Welcome Center Representative!Bluegreen Vacations is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Welcome Center Representative in Lake Delton. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests and owners have great experience upon arrival for their vacation.Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet owners and guests upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate update presentations for owners and facilitate their interaction with our service representatives.
• Manage tour bookings, hotel reservations, and inventory reconciliation.
• Assist the in-house marketing team with owner callbacks and inquiries.
• Address special needs and questions from owners and guests, offering local insights and information.
• Provide guests with necessary details, including local maps and information about the area.
• Handle the sale of golf/ski vouchers and inventory gifting.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer systems for reservations and inventory management.
