Description Bruno Independent Living Aids helps keep homes, vehicles and businesses friendly for people with mobility challenges. We have immediate needs for experienced MIG welders. 1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 2:30pm2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 1:00amVoluntary Saturdays and 9-10 hour work daysDouble time pay on Saturdays2nd shift premium is $4.00/hourBruno is located in Oconomowoc, WI. 35 minutes west from Milwaukee.Bruno has air-conditioned and heated facilities.Uniforms, welding helmet, toolbox and tools are provided to our welders.$3,000 Employment BonusOverview: Build custom-made stairlifts and other mobility products.Perform MIG welding and fabrication duties without the use of fixtures; layout, fit and position weldments.Take a glimpse of a welder's role at Bruno: Requirements Education and Experience: High school or general education degree (GED) preferred.1 year welding experience or equivalent advanced education preferred. Skills and Abilities: Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Complete standardized written documentation and correspondence. Professionally communicate in one-on-one and small group situations.
