Description 1st and 2nd Shift Welder Apprentices Join Bruno's Welding Training Program! Bruno in Oconomowoc, WI is looking for individuals who have a passion to learn how to weld. Gain entry level welder skills through our welding training course and grow with our company. Overview: Gain entry level skills to perform GMAW welding on a diversified line of standard weldments using American Welding Society welding symbols. Learn to set-up, fit and position weldments having a number of parts, use welding fixtures and jigs where applicable. Work from blueprints and job layouts; use measuring equipment and gauges.Requirements Qualifications: The ideal applicant would have some mechanical aptitude along with the drive to learn how to weld. Physical Requirements: Environment is a modern production facility with heat and air conditioningRequired to stand up to 100% of the timeRequired to reach at or above shoulder level, occasionallyRequired to climb and/or stand on an elevated step or ladder to perform duties of the job, occasionallyRequired use of hands and fingers to manipulate tools and productUse of hand tool, both electrical and manual, including hand grinders, air tools, and other fabrication tools.Ability to maneuver, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, use extended reaching, and twist while performing select duties of the jobAbility to lift up to 30 pounds, regularlyAbility to lift 30 to 50 pounds, intermittentlyAbility to lift 50 to 70 pounds, with assistance, occasionallyAbility to operate equipment up to 15 feet in the air to retrieve product or toolsJob ID: 74757137
