Salary Range: 18$ to 20$ hourly Interstate Group, the industry leader in the manufacturing and sales of cargo trailers, is seeking a Welder for its Conway, AR production plant. We also operate over 80 store locations and have more than 450,000 satisfied customers.Job Details:

• Weld raw materials to construct the framework for our trailers
• Handle power tools such as grinders, chop saws, oxygen and acetylene torches, and other general hand tools
• Consistently meet high quality and control standards
• Learn and become proficient in other production roles in order to support our entire team as needed
