Job Title: Welding Production Supervisor Job Description As a member of the Quality and Production Engineering team, the Welding Production Supervisor function is to provide support to production operations and continuous improvement activities. In addition, provide technical support and guidance throughout the welding and brazing production process to ensure the company meets or exceeds Quality and Compliance requirements. To maintain and improve welding machinery, practices, and materials as needed to support business growth and operational excellence. Hard Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years Manufacturing experience in Production or Quality Assurance
• 10+ years Welding Experience
• ASME experience preferred
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred
