Description Welders are a crucial part of our product timeline. Responsibilities include:-Being able to read specs/blueprints.-Have a clear understanding of the basic principles of welding.-Previous experience in welding.-Maintain an organized workstation.-Prep parts for the next stages of the Manufacturing process. Prop Shaft Supply is a leader in the manufacturing of drivelines, driveshafts and driveshaft components and we are growing! The company has over 30 years of experience in the driveline business, serving large OEM's as well as industrial accounts and small driveline repair shops. Prop Shaft Supply is seeking Welders on both 1st and 2nd shift! We offer competitive wages depending on experience and a $2/hr shift premium for 2nd shift. Full time Hours:1st Shift: 6am-4pm, Monday-Thursday2nd Shift: 4pm-2am, Monday-Thursday Overtime is available on Fridays, sign-up required. No mandatory overtime. Students: Part time hours will be determined on a case-by-case basis, per each student's school schedule. Requirements A 70lbs lift test and pre-employment drug screening is required. Have the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be willing to use hand tools and power tools.
