Position: Production Welder Location: McPherson, Kansas 67460 Pay Rate: $21.00/hr Start Date: 11/8/2024 Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch break from 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM) Hours/Week: 40 hours, 4 working days per week What You'll Do: As a Production Welder, you'll be responsible for:

• Welding Excellence: Set up and operate MIG welding equipment, performing welding tasks in flat, vertical fillet, and lap joints of 7 Ga. to 5/16 metal.
• Blueprint Mastery: Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to assemble parts accurately.
• Precision and Quality: Ensure welds meet specifications through visual inspection and compliance checks.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe work environment and a clean workspace.
• Team Collaboration: Work independently and coordinate with team members to improve processes.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of welding experience.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and linear measuring devices.
• Certification: AWS Certified Welder or able to pass in-house welding tests.
• Physical Requirements: Stand for 8 to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per hour.
