- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a health or wellness-related field.
- One (1) year of experience in the health or wellness field.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of practices, procedures, and policies of the wellness function.
- Effective organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation and analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to exercise tact, judgment, and initiative.
- Ability to deal quickly and accurately with quantitative information and verify the correctness of actions.
Preferred
- Experience in social media, desktop publishing, Adobe InDesign, virtual conferencing, G Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
